Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Mainland UK Standard Delivery (usually within 3 business days), £5.90
• Mainland UK Next Business Day Delivery* (orders placed before 4.00pm), £7.95
• Mainland Standard UK Delivery is free for all UK orders over £70 (excluding orders with Annie Sloan products or larger items)
• Mainland UK Next Business Day Delivery* of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint products  (orders placed before 4.00pm), £5.25
• Furniture delivered nationwide (mainland only) from £25.00, dependent on location. We aim to deliver within 5-10 working days
• Collection from store is free

Where possible, all orders placed before 4.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day.

We really hope that you will be delighted with your purchases.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in pristine condition to our Returns Department within 14 days of receipt with the completed Returns Form and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach us therefore we recommend that you send items back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days of receipt, so we can process your refund. We regret that we cannot accept items which are received after 14 days from the purchase date or which are no longer in a resalable condition.

Unless the goods are deemed defective, damaged or not as advertised, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to rigby & mac, we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings, undergarments or cosmetics unless proven faulty.
